Installation of Sand Gritted FRP Grating:


1. When installing an FRP grating pattern cover, the first step is to measure and cut the material. There must be sufficient clearance between the edge and the mounting location. Cutting work is relatively simple and can be done with a simple manual cutting tool or a small electric cutting tool.

2. When installing, ensure that the fiberglass grating pattern cover is firmly padded.

3. The two cover plates are connected to each other through fiberglass fasteners and connectors made of the same material.

4. If the sealing of the cover is required, the corresponding adhesive needs to be used.

5. During the installation process, the body and vehicle must be prevented from rolling.

6. Pay attention to the size of the span and the number of tie rods, which should be based on overall stability.
