Pultruded fiberglass composite panels, shapes and profiles are a proprietary combination of fiberglass reinforcements and thermoset polyester or vinylester resin systems that can be produced in more than 100 standard shapes.

All pultruded fiberglass composite shapes feature surface coverings to prevent fiberglass penetration into the resin surface during use and to increase corrosion and UV resistance.

Pultruded fiberglass panels, shapes and profiles are available in three series, designed for different environments and applications:

FRP fiberglass structural profiles (fiberglass I-beams, channel steels, fiberglass rods, fiberglass tubes)

All FRP profiles are sold in a minimum length of 20 feet. They come in standard lengths of 20 feet and can be cut for shipping. We can run any length during production - no problem.

FRP Fiberglass Beams - Available in a variety of I-beam and wide-flange beam options in 3 resin series. Typical stock length is 20 feet. Beams with web dimensions over 8 x 3/8" are also stocked in 25' lengths.

FRP Fiberglass Square Tube - From 1" x1/8" to 4" x 3/8", you can find most square tube sizes by contacting our experts. There are 3 resin series available in most sizes.

FRP Fiberglass Channels - A complete line of channels available in lengths ranging from 2" x 9/16" x 1/8" to 10" x 2" in 20' lengths. 

Generally speaking, our lightweight GRP pultruded profiles will save installation costs by minimizing special machinery, heavy lifting equipment, transportation, personnel and assembly time.

With our fiberglass profiles, you get minimal maintenance. This reduces the cost of the entire life cycle of the GRP profile and the final product. Our fiberglass beams and fiberglass profiles are extremely durable, even in harsh weather conditions and exposed to corrosion. Typically, they do not require any additional coating after production.
